Brownlee Pointing Griffons was established in 2016. We are located in Ontario, Oregon. We enjoy Eastern Oregon's diverse land and the upland hunting is second to none. I have been hunting with a variety of different dogs for over 40 years. Through the years I was in search for the most versatile, well-rounded breed for upland hunting. Since 1995, I bred and trained English Setters and English Pointers before I was introduced to a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. I still sometimes hunt with an English Setter; however, our Wirehaired Pointing Griffons have been something else. They are not only exceptional hunting machines in the field, but also a great companion with their outgoing, willingness to please, and trustworthy personalities.
